How To Approach Client Services In The Changing Digital Landscape
Client services can be challenging – especially during tough times like these. (It’s also tough wishing I was eating pastries in a café and knowing that I can’t) We’re doing as much as we can for our clients. We’re spending more time brainstorming ways that we can help our clients navigate the new digitally centric landscape that was pushed forward by COVID-19. This means more online traffic and being able to handle customers needs, completely online.
For the thousands of you running a business, how can you plan for the updated landscape? Should you enable a better online checkout system, streamline the customer journey on your website or add more information to your website? Many people are putting notices on their website to customers about how they are handling COVID-19.
I really hope that from the ashes all of this turmoil and disaster, something hopeful can bloom. A small seed of anything positive. Times of uncertainty can also breed new creative solutions and adaptations. Can businesses and entrepreneurs adapt and offer solutions that we haven’t thought of yet? We hope so.
